Blue Gres consists of 2 main residences, Villa Blue and Villa Gres. Together, the villas offer accommodation for 27 people, while individually Villa Blue can accommodate up to 13 guests and Villa Gres up to 14 respectively.
Is the villa located near the city?
Yes, it is located on the southeastern side of Tinos, in the Lagkades area, a 7-minute drive from the island's main town and just 2 minutes from the popular beach of Agios Fokas.
Are free transfer services provided?
No, however, we can provide you with all the necessary contact information for local transfer/rent a car companies.
Choice of Residence
Each villa is specially designed to provide comfort and privacy to the visitor while at the same time offering the possibility of choosing a residence according to the guest's needs.
Villa Blue consists of the following suites:
- Turquoise Blue, 3-bedroom residence with access to shared pool, 7 guests
- Sky Blue, 2-bedroom suite with access to shared pool, 4 guests
- Aqua Blue, 1-bedroom suite with access to shared pool and private mini pool, 2 guests
You can book either the entire Villa Blue or the suite/house of your choice individually.
Villa Gres consists of the following suites:
- Terra Gres, 4-bedroom residence with access to private infinity pool, 8 guests
- Aura Gres, 2-bedroom suite with access to private jacuzzi, 4 guests
- Sun Gres, 1-bedroom suite with access to private jacuzzi, 2 guests
You can book either the entire Villa Gres or the suite/house of your choice individually.
Do all residences have a living area and kitchen?
All suites and houses provide a living area as well as fully equipped kitchens.
Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
Each room has a private bathroom with complimentary personal hygiene and care products such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body cream from the Greek company Korres.
Do all suites have access to a pool?
No, the Aura Gres deluxe suite and the Sun Gres deluxe suite only have access to a private jacuzzi.
Are the suites internally connected?
No, each suite/house has its own private entrance and is not internally connected to the other floors of each villa.
Is there private parking?
Yes, each villa has its own 24-hour parking space.
Are housekeeping services offered?
Yes, daily housekeeping services are offered as well as bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.
Are the pools and jacuzzis cleaned daily?
Yes, the pools and jacuzzis are cleaned daily.
Is breakfast offered in the room?
No, however, in each suite you will find a welcome breakfast basket which is provided once and includes espresso capsules, milk, tea, sugar, biscuits, toast, traditional Tinos jam, Tinos honey and butter. Additionally, you can pick up the breakfast basket of your choice provided by the local bakery with which we collaborate (it includes an extra charge and the order is made upon request).
